What are they?
Fiendish and influenced creatures are common creatures that have been impacted by the Sinister Embrace, becoming stronger. At any time and anywhere on the map, there is a low chance of finding them in place of a regular creature. Their damage and maximum health grow with the amount of stacks they have — the more stacks, the stronger they are.
Influenced
Have from 1 to 5 stacks, shown by a dust icon with a number next to their name.
Fiendish
No visible number, but as strong as 15 stacks. Dust icon with an exclamation mark and an orange shadow on the name.
